No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item purchased
- Dissatisfaction with taste or appearance
- Wrong address or contact information provided by the customer
- Customer not available to receive delivery
- Delivery delays outside of our control
All sales are final.
No Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:
- Opened or unopened bottles
- Any sealed or consumable product
- Products delivered successfully to the customer
No items may be sent back to us.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect items chosen during checkout
- Preference changes after ordering
- Attempting to swap for another product
- Timing or delivery issues
Once an order is placed, the product choice is final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us immediately upon delivery.
Please provide:
- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
- Your name and contact details
Do not discard the packaging or product until our review is complete. Resolution is offered at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient is unavailable
- Delivery cannot be completed safely
- The customer does not answer phone calls from the delivery driver
Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Submitting a chargeback for a valid fulfilled order may result in:
- Account suspension
- Requirement to provide identification
- Requirement to provide proof related to the dispute
- Additional processing or recovery fees
